Beehicle MKIII - Seat & Fairing Progress

Rough progress on the seat and fairing for the vehicle. I'm planning big things for seat functionality, but for now I can say that it will be adjustable on an angle (hinging from below at the front of the seat). 

Beehicle MkIII - Progress - Wing Set

Wing set progress for the Beehicle. I'm adopting some features from the Mk2, while making some additions and adjustments. The Mk3 will be similar to the last version, but without the time crunch, so allowing me to explore forms and add further details. Cube rendering

Simple marker rendering studies to show this week as I concurrently work on something more time consuming. This should prove to be good practice as I get into full rendering on piece later. Still need to work out the kinks with the markers, and I need to buy more because my range is very limited. Also, the marker paper that I purchased is actually not as forgiving as the standard print paper that I normally use, so will be on the lookout for better marker paper. I'm looking for more of a smooth finish in my renderings, and as of now they're too textured and choppy. Enjoying the process however and I look forward to more renderings in the future.

These were created for A Foundation Building Strength in support of research towards conditions such as Nemaline Myopathy. In addition, the mandalas backgrounds for these were generously contributed by Brigit Stephen .
